GCT Sand Traps

Sand Traps (also known as Inlet Sumps or Catch Basins) are designed to capture floatables, sediment, debris and associated pollutants from vehicle maintenance and fueling facilities and prevent their entry into the drainage system. When installed in conjunction with GCT’s high-performance oil-water separators, the GCT sand trap acts as a simple pretreatment device to collect these harmful materials and help keep the drainage lines unclogged. The result is less solid material entering into the separator.

GCT sand traps are made from high quality stainless steel making them resistant to any form of corrosion and stain. All GCT sand traps have been designed by industry professionals and are manufactured in our factory under careful supervision, after which each product is inspected for welding and assembly defects.
